 * I notice that the latest nightlies don’t include print.css. Any particular reason?

 * It doesn’t really fit in with the new systems and it hadn’t been update in a 
   while. We still encourage people to make their own print stylesheets though. 
   A lot of fat is being trimmed from 1.3.
