# Printer not found

 * I bought a Printer model “mc-Print2” and connected everything to my router. CloudPrint
   was enabled in the dashboard of the printer and I entered the webhook URL. Unfortunately
   in the Plugin-Settings in WordPress it doesnt show up the printer. It shows just“
   No printer found”
 * What can I do now?

   cause of this is that your hosting provider has quite strict https security requirements.
   If your printer has firmware earlier than version 3.0, then this is almost certainly
   the cause.
 * Please try updating your printer firmware to version 3.0 or later, which adds
   support for stronger https security. The easiest way to do this is using the 
   Star “mC-Print Utility” app that is available in the Google Play, or Apple App
   stores.
