# Printer Window Problem

 * I am using print o matic plugin with this website: [http://www.dalivery.com.ph](http://www.dalivery.com.ph)
   When printing the waybill, the plugin creates a new browser window with all the
   elements of the form that I want to be printed, however, the printer window does
   not automatically open. In one of your examples [http://biz130.inmotionhosting.com/~musice10/wp/amalfi-registration/](http://biz130.inmotionhosting.com/~musice10/wp/amalfi-registration/),
   the printer window automatically opens. Please help me. Thanks in advance
