Printing Multipage Articles

    I have large articles that need to be split into different posts (chapters) for speed of loading and readability. I plan to use a contents page and next/previous to allow people to navigate around.

    But I would also like to give the option of displaying the entire article to allow it to be printed out. Maybe as an auto generated PDF file.

    What options do I have for this?
