printing process nonstop

    I’m using a BIXOLON SRP-350iii Thermal printer (POS Printer).

    when i press the “print ricipt” button
    print must be started and printed everythig I want

    but its not end . Printer is working continusly and paper is comming out but nothing in there .
    i have to mannuly power off my printer.

    what can i do for that problem

    Hi @narthanaj,

    When we click on the print button it saves as pdf and it does not start printing. So, could you please check the network settings of the printer whether it is proper or not?

    it was started printing. it doesn’t end :/

    Could you please let us know that after you click on the print button does the Print box comes up or not?
