The format of the date is based on your theme and/or the date settings of WordPress.

Thank you for your quick response. I will check in the theme then, I am currently using hello theme by elementor. Anyway, is there any way to disabe the date from printing. Thank you once again.
Yes. the do_not_print attribute may be used to target any element not to, uh, print as described in the documentation.
