# Private message with buddypress

 * Hi, i have masterstudy theme and plugins i recently installed buddypress, but
   i have an issu
    When i send private message by clicking on the “send private 
   message” bouton located on the profil page I can’t find the message afterwards
   in buddypress messaging, so the message tab remains at 0
 * how can i fix this please ?

 * To avoid misunderstandings, could you please clarify which “send private message”
   button? Since there is no such button by default. Please send a screenshot for
   clarification.

    At the
   moment we do not have similar issues from the side of the plugin. I also just
   checked the operation of this function and did not find any issues. Please make
   sure your system requirements are correct. You can view them by following the

 * Also, please make sure that you don’t have plugins installed on your website

 * Hi, this button works normally, but my concern is that this button sends to LMS
   messaging and not buddypress which creates confusion
