  • I subbmited my support request. Auto-reply said that request has been received but they have too many requests so it may take some time.

    Ok, that’s understandable. But it’s been 4 days already! And now their support person Ana is asking me to prove that I have a Pro account. It’s not enough to submit request via Pro Accoount. I need to send them invoice etc.

    It’s been over 10 emails back and forth and we haven’t even got to my actual support request. How long and how many emails it will take when we get to the actual issue?
