 * Hi,
 * I have upgraded to the pro version yesterday and have contacted support through
   the form on website, but haven’t got a reply yet.
    I purchased the upgrade to
   use the link cloaking option, but cannot manage to make it work. Can you provide
   support on this? Thank you!

 * I’ve verified the form is sending emails correctly. Please try again.

 * Cloaking does not work on all URL’s some servers are configured to block cloaked
   links (shows a blank white page instead). If you’re seeing a blank white page
   when cloaking, then there’s a good chance it is not a cloakable target URL.

 * OK I have resent the message through the premium support form. If I won’t get
   a response I will ask for a refund as its 2 weeks since I purchased the plugin
   and still cannot use it.
    The issue is not resolved despite you changing the 
   status of this post to ‘resolved’! Cheers
