 * HI, If I purchase the Pro Plugin today, how quickly will I get support ?
 * I need to get something sorted for a customer and have tried the Pro plugin previously
   but had some issues and therefore reverted back to the free plugin, because it
   took quite some time for Pro support to get back to me in between replies.
 * Therefore I need to be able to know that I will have quicker support this time
   for my deadlines ?

 * Our regular support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. We are off weekends.
   If you were to purchase today, your issue, depending on what it is, may not be
   resolved until we are back on Monday next week.
 * We understand you have deadlines and expect timely support, which we strive to
   provide all our customers with. However, depending on the issue, we can’t guarantee
   any specific timeframe that your issue will be resolved in.
