# Pro Plugin not working correctly

 * I had the old version and transitioned (by paying yearly) to the new pro version.
 * Before my upgrade I asked the support if there are any problems:
 * – Will they be able to help
    – Are they willing to refund me if it’s not working
   well.
 * After the update I lost quantities in all my old recipes + the recipe show double–
   as usual AND in the footer.
 * The solution to the support was to deactivate the footer plugin without asking
   me.
 * Then they said it will be forwarded to the dev team and since then we lost communication–
   probably 2 weeks since our last email.
 * Sorry, but super disappointed
