 * How do I edit the “WooCommerce Extra Fields” wording in the pro plugin? I would
   prefer it just say “Extra fields” without mention of WooCommerce.

 * There is no ability to change the text.
    You can just hide this field by adding
   this custom css code on plugin settings page
