 * Update: I purchased PRO on the 3rd October 2019. I attempted to login into the
   wpruby site to see if I could grab the update from there. It won’t let me login.
 * I clicked “forgot my password” and entered the same email address as my Purchase
   Receipt – it did not send me a password reset email.
 * I tried to sign up in case I checked out as a guest when I paid for it. The website
   says my email address has already been used.
 * Following the links in my Purchase Receipt email produces a message saying the
   download link has expired.
 * Following the link to submit a support ticket takes me back to the start again:
   can’t log in.

 * Is there a fix for the problem:
    “An error occurred while updating Australia 
   Post WooCommerce Extension PRO: Update package not available”

 * Please, visit this link and add your license key to the activation settings
 * [http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=australia-post-woocommerce-extension-pro-activation](http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=australia-post-woocommerce-extension-pro-activation)(
   replace example.com with your domain name)
 * Then, please try to update the plugin again, it should work.
