 * Hi, I am interested in the Pro Version of this plugin but wanted to know what
   happens after the 12 months is up?
 * Does the Pro Plugin cease to work? Do I need to renew and pay extra every year?

 * After 12 months, you renew your Pro license to keep updates and support coming.
   You can still use it after 12 months, but you wont get any updates, and you’ll
   not have access to support for your site. WooCommerce updates so frequently, 
   you’ll basically always need updates. We also constantly push Pro updates with
   new features and additional enhancements and fixes. Almost 900 code commits since
   October 1st 2015 already! If your marketplace depends on software, it’s less 
   than $12.50 a month for WC Vendors Pro. It’s the deal of a lifetime. 🙂
