 * I have downloaded the free version of your plugin and it is what I am looking
   for, I would like to buy the pro version, but your website doesn’t work and don’t
   work any links from plugin to contact you.
 * Would you tell me how to upgrade to pro version?

 * Their website seems to be working again. Their domain name had expired, but it
   looks like they have renewed it now. Just a warning though. While their website
   was offline, their pro-version of the plugin ceased to work at all. It apparently
   shuts itself down if it cannot authenticate your license with the author’s server.
