 * Hi,
 * I have a client who emailed you (used your contact form + direct mail) and they
   will surely buy the pro version. However, they informed me that you did not reply
   to their email since 2 days.
 * I think you might be on a break since its the 4th or in the worst case their
   email is bouncing. Hence, I decided to write here to be sure that communications
   are ok. Please mark this as resolved if you find their email 🙂 Else, I will
   pass on your reply to them. (I cannot name them here)
 * Have a nice day ahead 🙂
 * Best Regards,
 * Pri

 * We replied both times to 2 different emails. So the problem is not on our end.
   Have your client check their Junk or Spam email folder. If they do not see the
   emails from us then have them contact their web host to see if the blocked/rejected
   emails from us can be recovered. Below is my original email response to the first
   email that was sent to us:

 * Hi,
 * I confirmed with them and they never got the email. Thankfully, I have copy pasted
   this and forwarded to them.
 * I have additionally asked them to use another ID to communicate further with
   you.
 * I have one additional request from them. Can you please delete your reply from
   here as this is public and they prefer the privacy of their email. I have successfully
   saved a copy.
 * Thanks a lot in advance.
 * Best Regards,
 * Pri

 * Have them create a Google Gmail email account and make sure they do not forward/
   route emails through their web host server. Google Gmail does not block/reject
   emails from us. The email problem these days is reaching epidemic proportions.
   Around 40% of automated emails are blocked/rejected due to web host anti-spam
   applications such as Spam Assassin and other anti-spam applications. Direct emails
   typically get through, but even that failure rate has been steadily increasing
   every year due to web host anti-spam applications such as Spam Assassin and other
   anti-spam applications.
 * I find it very ironic that web host server anti-spam applications could possibly
   make email communication obsolete. With a 40% failure rate of automated emails–
   email communication is no longer reliable these days. Something has to give at
   some point. 😉
 * We created non-email based automated systems 2 years ago when the email failure
   rate was only around 25%. It was costing us sales, time, money, etc etc etc and
   was a constant headache for us and customers.
 * At the rate the email problem is increasing each year I predict that by 2 years
   from now 50% of all automated emails will be blocked or rejected by web host
   server anti-spam applications such as Spam Assassin, etc.

 * Hi,
 * I heard everything went well 🙂 Yes, the issue with email delivery is a huge
   one and is costing sales these days!
 * In order to kill the spam, they end up killing legitimate people’s business and
   this is surely not a good approach. Infact, this is not the first time they missed
   vital email.
 * But well, everything that ends well is well? 😉
 * Thanks a lot for your quick responses. I am marking this as resolved.

 * Yep, the web host server anti-spam email application nightmare that is only getting
   worse every year had cost us around $40,000 in lost sales until we built non-
   email based automated systems. We now only lose around $3,000 per year in lost
   sales due to web host server anti-spam email applications, which is in the range
   of acceptable, but still obviously a serious worldwide problem. I believe it
   costs a fair amount for web hosts to process billions of spam emails so for them
   anti-spam email applications probably save them money, but unfortunately their
   customers are going to take the hit in lost sales due to unreliable email communication.
   😉
