 * I paid for Pic Decoy, received my receipt and never got a download page.
 * Also, I paid for this months ago and bought both plugin’s. I asked for a refund
   of the Pic Decoy because I wanted to use the other plug-in, but never received
   it.
 * How do I get this resolved?
