 * I would have 2 questions:
    1. How can we download/get the pro version with the website down: [https://bestwebsoft.com/demo-for-pdf-print/](https://bestwebsoft.com/demo-for-pdf-print/)
    2. At the moment, we have trouble printing references with the free version on 
       [https://www.cougargroup.ch/experiences/](https://www.cougargroup.ch/experiences/)–
       It seems too heavy (for the free version). Could this be solved with a pro version?

 * We would like to mention that the ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED error occurs on
   your side.
   ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED error typically refers to a problem either
   with a proxy or a Domain Name System (DNS). It appears when the browser is unable
   to establish a connection with the server due to problems with the tunnel. Please
   try to follow the next steps to solve the issue:
 * 1)Disable Proxy to Fix the err_tunnel_connection_failed Error.
   2)Reset Your Network
   Stack.3)Check if Chrome Extensions Are the Culprit.4)Change Your DNS Servers.
   5)Clear Browsing Data in Chrome.6)Update Google Chrome.
