If you install the plugin. In the Admin area under Weight Loss Tracker you should see an Upgrade option on the menu 🙂

Ah yes, but if you follow the link through you hit the payment page 🙂
I already clicked the “Upgrade to Pro” link from witin the plugin.
It took me to a page asking me for my Name, Email and Website URL.
I also inserted my “Website Hash”.
