# Pro Version doesnt work

 * I purchased your BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu Pro plugin, installed fine, set
   up the menus great! everything worked fine…..
 * except now when i click on any menu in the bb profile it take me to the following
   address and i get a error 404 page
 * its directing to :
 * [http://domain.com/username/profile](http://domain.com/username/profile)
 * instead of
 * [http://domain.com/members/username/profile](http://domain.com/members/username/profile)
 * this is the same for all menu links it seems to have dropped the “members” in
   the address

 * It seems that there is another plugin that’s conflicting with ours. Would you
   please try disabling all other plugins and try again. Also, what theme are you
   using?
 * If all doesn’t work, please let us know and we’ll immediately issue you a refund.
   We apologize for any inconvenience. (BTW you say the Pro version doesn’t work,
   does that mean that the free version is working?)

 * Hi, the free doesnt work either. Im using Game Addict theme. ill try the plugin
   and let you know
