# Pro Version Error

 * I am getting an error when trying to update the pro version 3.0.7.
 * It says:
 * An error occurred while updating social warfare pro: Download failed. Unauthorized.
 * Can anyone advise?

 * Sorry you’re having trouble! Please follow these steps to get your plugins in
   sync:
 * (1) Download the most recent zip from your account at [https://warfareplugins.com/my-account/](https://warfareplugins.com/my-account/)
   (
   2) Delete Social Warfare Pro from your site completely (your settings won’t be
   lost as they are saved in your site’s database) (3) Upload the new zip via Plugins
   > Add New > Upload and activate it
 * Once it’s up to date, all your settings will bounce back and everything should
   work as expected.

 * Apparently, my licence key has expired even though I paid a renewal via Paypal
   in March. This means that I’m unable to access any files.
