# pro version installation

 * Hi, I tried installing the pro version and it broke my website, I had to get 
   it restored. But i still wanna install the player, I just wanna make sure that
   the zip file i downloaded wil not break my computer again, i was told my system
   was compatible, but I ‘m still afraid it will break, is there any chance the 
   zip file i have has a bad code or something? could I re download the zip file
   just in case? thanks

 * anyone? I have been trying to get an answer from Enigma Digital and nothing, 
   this is such a waste of time, I’m regretting buying the pro version.

 * This problem has been responded to via email and is resolved.
 * Also please note I am in Australia which is a very different time zone from users
   in the USA so please be aware that support is unlikely to be instant! ;-p You
   may have to wait a few hours till it is day time here.
