# Pro Version Integration

 * Trying to connect the contact form 7 pro version but it keeps failing.
 * I added the files to my FTP folder. Then I head back to the plugins and click
   activate.
 * However, it says a new version is available and as soon as I click update it 
   removes my files from the FTP and the PRO version fails.
 * I also tried to not update and after activating the pro version in the plugins
   screen, I went to the contact 7 forms settings and it was still asking me to 
   update to the pro version?
 * Any support would be appreciated

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on
   their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
