# Pro Version issues

 * Hi. I have just upgraded to the Pro version, this would be the 3rd site I have
   used this on and this is the first time I have encountered this issue, When searching,
   the product tags and categories do not show, I get ‘Sort Search results by’ appear
   but after that ‘Categories’ and ‘Tags’ are supposed to appear, but don’t I cannot
   search them for some reason?

 * The reason we don’t do Pro version support on the Free WordPress forum is because
   WordPress does not allow it, which is completely understandable.
 * We do Pro Version support on the a3rev Public Forum and we do Lite Version support
   here on the WordPress Public Forum.
