# “Pro” version not working properly

 * Hi, I’m using this plugin to make my website compliant with GDPR and, since I
   was satisfied with the free version, I bought the “pro”. But I’ve beenexperiencing
   some issues, so I moved back to the free one, ’til I (hopefully!) solve them:
   
   1. Even though I didn’t change any setting, when switching from the free plugin
   to the “pro”, I see my layout totally changed and not fitting with the rest of
   the website at all 2. My website is multilingual, so I’d need to have a different
   bar and cookie list detail for Italian and English: is there a way to do it? 
   3. I assumed that the “pro” version included the “prior consent” feature, allowing
   users to accept/reject cookies one by one, but cannot find a way to do it. Can
   you explain it as simply as you can, since I’m not a webmaster?

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
