# Problem

 * I have install the plugin. But when I click on Support Ticket, after having open
   the side bar, no pages are being displayed. Means the page for the ticket submission.
   
   How to open this particular page?

 * Please follow below steps:
    1. Create new page “Suppport” and insert shortcode [wp_support_plus] in page text
       view.
    2. Go to Support Plus > Settings > General
    3. Select page “Support” you just created for support page option dropdown
    4. Save Setting
 * Now check support button will redirect you to support page.

 * Yes, it is possible. Please follow below steps:
    - Go to your wordpress general settings
    - Enable anyone to register from here
    - Now if guest ticket is enable, you can disable it from support plus general
      setting
