 * The delete cache button must be refreshed every hour for it to work as the “nonce”
   code expires after a time. A nonce is there to stop someone maliciously clearing
   the cache on your site, so the button must have been cached, and out dated. An
   unfortunate side effect of caching.
 * You could try disabling caching for logged in users to avoid this.
