 * Good morning,
 * we are paying for the PRO version of this plugin, but we have not yet been able
   to use it for almost 3 months. I don’t encounter any problems if I access the
   Depicter slider, but my client who needs to use it can’t due to an error.
 * I gave the client all access to the plugin (managed access with AAM), but he 
   gets erorr “status code 403”:

 * This is likely a permission problem meaning that something is blocking the Depicter
   requests on your website. 
 * Normally it is a security plugin on your website or a firewall service on your
   server.
 * First please check with your hosting our guidelines:
