 * I have just upgraded to WP 3.1.1 and now I cannot activate plugins properly.
 * When clicking the ‘Network Admin’ link I can see that I am able to add / remove/
   activate plugins.
 * I have ‘network activated’ 8 plugins, however when I go to the dashboard for
   one of my websites I only have 2 available plugins. The rest aren’t even listed.
 * Has anyone else had this problem? Could there be something I have neglected to
   do?

 * When you Network Activate a plugin, it removes that plugin from the per site
   Plugins menu. It is intended behavior and not all plugins are designed to be
   network activated.

 * Ohhh I see what you mean. All of the plugins’ functionalities seem to exist,
   just they disappear from the Plugins menu.
 * Is this a new thing then? I’m sure this wasn’t the case before I upgraded.
 * What if I wanted to disable a plugin for a particular site? Is this possible?
 * Thanks.

 * If you network activate a plugin, then no – you cannot disable it on a single
   site. that part’s been in place since the “network active” was brought in.
