# Problem adding Plugins and images

 * I’m unable to upload images to WordPress. When I try, I get this message:
 * Unable to create directory /home/willsher/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2012/
   03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
 * Also, when I try to add plugins, the server either times out, or I get the same
   message as above. I’ve also tried uploading the plugins by FTP, but the server
   refuses to save them in the plugins folder.
 * Any ideas?
