I have setup 1 product to be added as a gift wrapping in the cart. It sounds like a plugin conflict, and narrowing it down to Gift Wrapper is harder for me to do considering I am unable to duplicate the problem( I am also running 1.3.3 with 2.6.14). Also, you’re the only person I’ve heard from, which makes me even more concerned it’s your particular installation. Once you have it narrowed to those two plugins, and (maybe it works then?), then start activating your other plugins one by one to figure out which is the culprit. It could also be your theme somehow interfering. * I’d love to spend more time on this plugin, but the pay grade doesn’t afford me the time. If you can’t go through the usual WordPress troubleshooting of deactivating all plugins and using a WordPress theme like twentysixteen, then as I said, my hands are tied. Please Google how to set up a development site using your local server. It’s daunting but worth learning, especially if you’re diving into e-commerce. You might take a look at your error logs (if you have error logging enabled) and see what that says.
