 * I tried to install Pixo, but I get this message all the time:

 * Thanks for reporting this!
 * Did you register with an email as username? I see now that if the username is
   not a valid email, the same error appears. This is an issue in the plugin and
   I will fix it ASAP, but in the meantime, can you please try registerring again
   with a valid email address and at least 6-characters password?

 * Well that’s better, at least we now have a proper error message 🙂
 * This looks as a restriction of your hosting provider to `curl` external urls.
 * Still, you can register in Pixo’s Control Panel here:
    [https://pixoeditor.com:8443/cp/](https://pixoeditor.com:8443/cp/)
 * After registerring you can copy-paste the API key to your WordPress installation,
   just replace _yoursite.com_ with your real site in the link below:
    [http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=image-editor-pixo&settings](http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=image-editor-pixo&settings)

 * OK then try the following, go to the Pixo Settings page (Admin Menu –> Settings–
   > Image Editor). You will be asked for registration, then append `&settings` 
   to the url in the address bar and press enter. This will open the view where 
   you can add the API key.
