I installed Capabilities to limit the Editor role to just that CPT. Initially, everything was good. Then I added 2 new taxonomies for that CPT. Now, in the New Post area, the Editor can see those new taxonomies, but they are greyed out and can’t be selected. And in the Capabilities menu, it doesn’t even recognize those taxonomies. * Here’s a screenshot of the New Post screen as Editor. States is one of the 3 original taxonomies that are selectable. I previously assigned 3 taxonomies to the Editor, and they are clickable. This morning I did, and found these two metaboxes that put the taxonomies in the table, where I was able to assign permissions for the role. I didn’t even know those boxes existed!
