While looking at the response header of your website (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/Z5SSLBQ.png), it seems the plugin is not active on your website. Can you confirm that the plugin is active and there is no there page caching plugin added to your website?

Can you clear your autoptimize cache and the Cloudflare cache?
Now i desactivated autoptimize plugin, and i clear cloudfare now.

Hi @juanwp22,
Do you mean the message which you click on the Test Cache button? If so, something it can show like that. You should always check the actual response header. Check the video in the plugin description, it is already shown there how to check that.
UPDATE: Thanks now is working WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache, but i need other cache plugin extra like autoptimize? or is not necessary?

Hi @juanwp22,
This plugin will provide page caching both at server disk-level and also at the CDN edge level. But you can definitely use other optimization plugins like Autoptimize (for CSS/JS), Shortpixel (for images), Perfmatters etc. for static file optimizations.
