# problem can’t install premium plugin

 * Hi, I purchased this premium bundle, 
   but I cannot get to run the plugin.I’m 
   having problems with premium plugin activation.When I try to activate it this
   error appears:
 * using storefront theme from woothemes/automatic…super simple site.
   doesn’t even
   let me enter the licence key.
 * **Parse error**: syntax error, unexpected identifier “esc_html”, expecting “:”
   in **/home/u440573220/domains/waawworld.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-
   event-manager-sell-tickets/autoupdater/wpem-updater.php** on line **425**
 *  I have attempted all to see if it is a conflict but check the log:
   Also other
   extensions didn’t work (analytics)

   you that woocommerce and registration addon needs to be installed first before
   the sell ticket addon. However we have replied in the ticket please check.
