Please submit a ticket here and provide your WP admin credentials as well as FTP credentials for the site. I’ll jump in there and see what I can figure out.

I’m going to close this ticket here, but we can work more directly in the other ticket.

In my opinion it is to risky to give WP admin credentials as well as FTP credentials for the site to a total strangers. I’m going to use different plugin.

    Thank you

I respect that opinion. That said, we are an official PayPal Partner. We’re not just “some developer” available online. Also, you could run backups and create temporary login credentials for me to use, which is what I would recommend anyway.

To get that sort of an error it looks like something funky is going on with your server, a conflicting plugin, the theme, etc. I really don’t think it’s a plugin issue, and I would actually charge a premium support fee in most cases to look at something like that, but I was going to check yours out real quick for you just to see if I could find it fast and get you on your way.

If you change your mind and want to help, let me know.

Are you on an old server environment like CentOS 5, by chance? It’s possible your server needs to be reconfigured in response to POODLE.
