 * On my home page the time is in English although I configured it in French, I 
   think it should be changed with a CSS and in front of the comments it’s the same
   it’s in English… Could you you help me. Thanks !

 * Thanks for contactig us,
 * We have provided two type time settings, you can change the time according to
   your need, go to this settings – (Theme Dashboard >> appereance >> customize 
   >> Header settings) and check WordPress Type and save the setting, you can also
   folloiwng below screenshot link-
