 * I buyed a pro version because I need custom fields. But I dont now how to create
   a Registration Form. The button create dont appear.
 * Im disable and enable all plugins, but dont resolve my problem.

 * The custom field’s addon does not let you create multiple registration forms,
   this isn’t a feature of the add-on nor it was advertised. Please note I can’t
   provide support for premium products through WordPress.org due to WordPress.org
   rules.

   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
