# Problem Customizing Theme – Polestar

 * I’m trying to customize the settings in Polestar, but when I hit “Customize” 
   I get this error message “The theme directory “7c1298c9dcf957041f8aaa805e9df07fb05014fa
   ~ocean” does not exist. I do not have a theme called “Ocean” nor do I see one
   called that. And I deleted any other themes I had tried.

 * Do you mean that you’re seeing that error message when you try to use the WordPress
   Customizer? Or is that an option within the Polestar theme?
