Since version 5.7, clearing all 404 errors didn’t work; only a group of twenty-five 404 errors would be cleared.

After clearing a few groups of twenty-five 404 errors, the 404 error page remains empty, as shown in the screenshot.

If I revert to version 5.6.1, everything works correctly again. I can clear all 404 errors at once, and the 404 error page displays correctly, showing the list of errors. Since version 5.7, it’s impossible to clear all 404 errors at once, as another user reported in a previous thread. And since version 5.7.1, the 404 error display no longer works at all. I don’t think this is an isolated case. I haven’t done anything unusual; I simply updated the extension to check if the issue of deleting all 404 errors at once was resolved, but only a group of twenty-five 404 errors was deleted instead of all of them. And I had definitely selected “Clear All.”

After deleting some twenty-five groups of 404 errors, the 404 error page is now completely empty; I can no longer see the list of 404 errors at all.

As mentioned, if I revert to version 5.6.1, everything works perfectly. If I update the extension to version 5.7 or 5.7.1, the 404 errors page is empty again.

Great! I’ll mark this as resolved.

    Hi,

The latest release 5.7.2 crashed my website right after I updated the plugin. I could get into WordPress only in recovery mode, so switched off the plugin. Not sure what caused the problem, but I need it, I’m just before a campaign and since the last campaign I changed 2 important links and not sure if I changed it everywhere to the new link, that’s why i need redirection.

Can you post this in another thread rather than adding something unrelated to an existing and resolved one? Also, can you provide more details – what do you mean by crashed? It seems unlikely it would cause a real crash, so I suspect you mean something else.
