# Problem during installing

    The theme is activated, but after that I can not open any admin page
   or dashboard.
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /html/wp-content/
   themes/virtue/lib/widgets.php on line 706

 * I’m going to guess it’s a plugin conflict. but not sure can you email me your
   site and ftp information. [ben@kadencethemes.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-during-installing/ben@kadencethemes.com?output_format=md)
 * That or you are going to need to ftp delete the theme which will deactivate the
   theme and see what plugins you have.

 * Got it, fixed it, your up and running. Turns out the only thing I found was a
   funky rewrite code in your htaccess file.

 * Everything was fine till I was on widgets.php on the admin menu :/
    Any ideas?

 * og my god, sry guys, just replaced the file with a fresh widgets.php and everything
   is fine :/
    I promise I’ll check now everything twice! 🙂
