# Problem email (plugin not send)

 * Hi, I’m using the latest version of the plugin and also the latest version of
   WordPress.
    The e-mail that the plugin sent to the user every time an appointment
   is made is not working anymore! I use the Contact Form 7 plugin also contact 
   form, and use the Wp-Mail SMTP to register my e-mails from SendGrid server. The
   contact form is functioning normally (that is, the problem is not in my SMTP 
   server). The problem is that the Easy Appointments are not sending any e-mail
   user, or when he registers an appointment and even when we change the status 
   and asked to send the notification. Please help me!

   inside settings > customize page called **Send email to user**. Have you done
   that?

 * Hi Nikola,
 * I´m having two email issues:
 * First, when I create an appointment, I don´t receive the admin notification email.
   Nor when I chage the status
    Second, when the system sends a notification to 
   a user, Gmail shows a warning saying the could be different from the one in the
   address (which is my address)
 * Can you help me on this

 * Let me add some details as I am also not receiving pending booking notifications(
   but my customers are) This happened exactly the same day as bluehost automatically
   updated my word press to 4.6.1
 * I attempted to check and uncheck the pending notification to my customers, I 
   removed and added new email addresses, I updated the plugin then installed a 
   backup from the previous week. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin (losing
   all the custom settings so redid those).
 * I am assuming that it has to do with the wordpress update, maybe others having
   this issue can clarify if it occurred after they did this as well

 * I just downgraded to WordPress 4.6 and the email notification of pending orders
   is working again
