Problem export result

    I have a problem when I try to export the results, that do not export the contact information.
    I created the quiz using the contact tab adding the various fields (name, surname tel etc.), all these fields are not exported.
    On the results page and also in the notification mail I used the shortcode:%CONTACT_ALL% and the contact information is printed correctly. In the list of results and consequently in the export to cvs instead no. How can I do?

    Hi,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support forum. Hope you are doing well.

    If you are using Export Results add-on then the options provided by this add-on is the only data that it exports along with the results.

    Hi, Yes I’m using the Export Results add-on that I purchased.
    I also wrote an email requesting assistance in which added screenshots but nobody answered me.
    So I can’t export contact information ???? So I can’t know who completed the quiz!
