problem exporting subscribers in Hebrew

hi
when exporting subscribers that their name is in Hebrew- i get this odd characters in the CSV file. like: ׳׳œ׳™׳©׳‘׳¢ instead of the subscriber first name.
it only happens when the subscriber name is written in Hebrew…
