# Problem Fetching api

 * Hi guys plugin does not create btc address for some reason everything is set 
   up fine using private mode and linked master pup key but when checkout no addresses
   are displayed what can be the problem here? Monero is working fine!

 * Please navigate to any order that had an issue displaying a privacy mode bitcoin
   address in the WooCommerce dashboard. Is there a custom field called “wallet_address”
   and does it have a bitcoin address as it’s value?

 * Hi thank you for the quick reply.yes I see the custom field in my currency payment
   details when checkout but it does not show any addresses in this field it is 
   empty. It does show a qr code which unfortunately is not working due to the fact
   no address was generated I believe. However, it shows the currency which was 
   selected I my case Bitcoinand the total btc price at time of the purchase. On
   the back end in the settings Bitcoin and Monero are aktivated as they light up
   green and I can see that the generated addresses are there too. Thanks for your
   help

 * However, if I use classic mode and add multiple addresses it works but would 
   appreciate it if privacy mode would work.
