 * hi,
 * i try to make custom wp theme. Curently theme isn´t optimized so please check
   it on desktop. I have problem with footer area. In chrome, opera, firefox it 
   seems to be going well but in explorer is broken. Footer area is situated below
   header area and is displayed trhought page area.

 * Does it happen if you deactivate all your plugins! Have you tried clearing the
   browser’s cache?
