 * I am using Care WordPress theme, its paid version of a theme. I am using Contact
Form 7 plugin and made a form I copy pasted the form code in sidebar widget but
it looks different that what I made in back-end, then I tested the same short
code in a separate page but its look perfect. I would like you to Visit this
   page: [http://www.laserskinbeautiful.com/new-appointment-form-testing](http://www.laserskinbeautiful.com/new-appointment-form-testing)

you will see a form I made that and I used the exact short code in Home Page
sidebar area but it looks different that what you see on the above page. I Hope
you understand the problem. Can you please help me in fixing the issue? TC.

 * This is due to CSS styling applied to standard HTML form elements within your
   current WordPress theme.
The actual look of CF7 forms on your website will
depend largely on the current WordPress theme used and the CSS styling that theme
applies to standard HTML form elements.
 * To change the style of your CF7 forms you would need to edit the CSS style sheets
   used by your WordPress theme.
 * See [Styling Contact Form](http://contactform7.com/styling-contact-form/) for
a general explanation of styling CF7 forms using CSS.
 * There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article
on **Styling Contact Form 7 Forms**. The article shows people, with suitable
HTML & CSS skills, how to change the appearance of their Contact Form 7 Forms
   to meet their particular requirements.
