# problem in get_header() function !!!

 *  I uploaded a theme (papyrus_1-1) into my wordpress site
    and when activate it,
   appeared an error
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /data/members/free/tripod/
   uk/s/t/e/steps2sky/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes/papyrus_1-1/index.php on
   line 1
 * please i need to your help

 * Darn – didn’t read the error message properly.
 * Might it be worth re-loading the entire wp-includes directory? If 1 file is potentially
   damaged/awol, it increases the likelihood of other files being similarly affected.

    yes , the theme folder contains header.php template file and 
   also I have general-template.php file on wp-includes folder
 * So now what I can do ?
 * re-loading the entire wp-includes directory? or what
