# Problem in polls plugin

 * unfortunately i have problem with all plugin polls, when i install, and want 
   use them, all dont work, much of them show me “occured error” and some of them
   taking on loading…
 * please help me.

 * Could you be somewhat more specific? Perhaps more specific errors of screencaps

    for example (Yop Poll): [http://prntscr.com/6fd94v](http://prntscr.com/6fd94v)
 * and (wp-poll)(hang on loading): [http://prntscr.com/6fd9fx](http://prntscr.com/6fd9fx)
 * They have not specifies error, just dont allow users submit vote, cause they 
   hang or occure error.
