I’ve carefully checked the problem you’re referring to but I’m not sure if it’s Flexible Shipping’s fault.
I can see you’re using some custom theme and besides this some kind of custom checkout plugin? Please let me know if that’s correct.
You can see that the Flexible Shipping’s methods are showing correctly and when you change it – it gets changed. Data entered in the “Dati Fatturazione” stays even after white screen and going back to “Accedi” page.
This problem may be related to some other plugins used in your shop or a theme. For a start, please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins (except Woocommerce or these developed by us). Then enable plugins one by one, deleting cache each time, and check if the problem still exists.
If it does, please check if there is no theme conflict with the plugin. To do this install and enable Storefront – the official WooCommerce theme – and see if the problem persists.

I contacted the DiviCommerce (DiviEngine) plugin support service. They ask me:
“I think there is a compatibility issue between BodyCommerce and Flexible Shipping.
The other plugin Flexible Shipping will hook into action and this action is either added via one of our modules or you can add it manually using our action/shortcode module.
Can you try to find out or ask the plugin developers what action they hook into?

Could you please check if there are any errors saved at WooCommerce > Status > Logs matching the date when you hit the white screen?
